    Description

    A RARE 6" Ucagco Teen "Crinkly Hat" Gal with a lovely 2 Pink Bows on her neck and top of her hat.  If you know headvases you know how hard
    these are to find.  She is in GREAT condition, no crazing, no chips, no cracks and never been used as a vase.  Her hat and dress is edged with
