The film was made by Producers Releasing Corporation (PRC), one of the "poverty row" studios that produced many an enjoyable "B" film and some that were fairly prosaic. This film was first released in the U.S. on May 16, 1941, but was not released in Italy until after the end of World War II. The running time for the movie is just a little over one hour. It is a compelling testament to the artfulness of Italian film posters that such an arresting poster could be made for this almost forgotten movie.
