    This listing is for a miniature plate featuring a Liberty head like on an
    old coin.  Plate is light blue opalescent and was made by Jos. St. Clair.
    Marked on the back Jos. St. Clair.  It measures 3 1/2 inches in diameter.
    Beautiful coloring and quality glass.  Liberty head is embossed and plate
    edges are small scallops.  No chips, cracks or repairs.  One tiny black
    dot in her hair.
