    Here is a rare original Belgian movie poster from the first post-war rerelease of Alfred Hitchcock's classic adventure film,
    Jamaica Inn
    . A classic tale set in 1819 Cornwall, England where a young woman (O'Hara) discovers she's living among a gang of criminals who arrange shipwrecks for profit.
    This poster is from the first re-release of the
    movie in Belgium shortly after the end of the war in Europe (probably 1946). It is printed on the back of a war era ordnance map (dated 1942) in the smaller immediate post-war format in order to conserve paper. The movie was also rereleased in the 1950's with a new poster featuring different artwork. It is in very good condition with beautiful
    artwork that is unique to this Belgian release poster which seldom comes up for sale or auction.
