the tray
do note! there is some crazing to the glaze on the base. you can see an artificially high-contrasted image of this as the second image. otherwise i can find no issues.
i love just how flat this dish is, even with a slight frame. very pretty and it screams «hand painted». you can see the woman behind the temp-tations brand in the third-to-last image. and you can read more about her and temp-tations below.

for me, temp-tations really started from birth. because my mom was an amazing cook. whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, as a family, we would sit and have one meal and we would share our day. so, i guess technically you could say, it started in 2003. and truly it's been about these dishes creating this experience that gathers everybody back around the table.
so when i think back to growing up, there's a couple of things that always stand out. first and foremost, my mom was always in the kitchen and the funny thing is i would be laying on the kitchen floor making snow angels, talking about my day. she'd literally be stepping over me but it was always really fun. all of these memories were surrounded in the kitchen and then. of course, together as a family.
once you get these pieces home, and you start using them and you start seeing the time it's saving, the space it's saving and really how proud you feel to set that table, that's what i always say about temptations. you won't get it until you get it.
