    Here is a rare original Belgian movie poster from the first release of Edward Sedgwick's WWII era comedy,
    Air Raid Wardens
    . This was the first of two films Stan and Ollie made for MGM. They starred as two bumbling civil defense workers who stumble across a nest of Nazi saboteurs bent on blowing up the local magnesium plant.
    This poster is from the original 1st release of the film in Belgium in 1949, well after the end of the war in Europe. Please note that it is completely trimmed to the edges of the artwork and mounted on linen. Despite it being trimmed, it is in excellent cosmetic condition with striking and vivid artwork that is unique to
    this Belgian release poster which seldom comes up for sale or auction.
